Shipping policy

Canadian online orders are shipped via Canada Post, FedEx or UPS. Orders for:

A. 1-4 decks are shipped as Lettermail and do not include tracking. This has proven to be a reliable method that allows us to ship your order at a reasonable cost. You still receive an email when your order has shipped. Our flat rate is currently $5.00 for 1 deck, and $6.99 for 2-4 decks, across Canada.* Once shipped your order should arrive in 3-9 business days.
B. 5 or more decks are shipped as Flat Rate Box which is trackable. Our flat rate for shipping across Ontario is $11.99 and $16.99 to the other 9 provinces in Canada.* Once shipped your order should arrive in 1-7 business days depending on your location.
*Certain postal codes, such as remote locations, may be subject to additional shipping fees than those listed above.
Our goal is to ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.

United States online orders are shipped  via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We charge flat rates for US shipping on online orders within the contiguous Lower 48 States—we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. *You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Our flat rate for shipping to the following 11 states (AL, AR, CO, KS, LA, MS, MO, NM, OK, TN, TX is currently $5.79 for 1 deck, $6.93 for 2-4 decks, and $7.93 for 5 decks or more. Our flat rate for shipping to the remaining 37 states and DC is $5.97 for 1 deck, $7.93 for 2-4 decks, and $9.37 for 5 decks or more.
